Moue

Merriam Webster's Word of the Day:
moue • \MOO\ • noun - a little grimace, pout

  1. a triumph in elegance
  2. this is not onomatopoeia
  3. but it should be:
    pronunciation aside, if the action required to create the moue had an accompanying sound... it would so be "moo".

Resuming: it is a cow with a grin doing the moo sound “which is an onomatopoeia”

(or did I get it all wrong?)

M - :-) Well, it would probably fit the onomatopoeia definition better than a mandatory sound effect to accompany the human expression!
